1. General Rules and Guidelines

a. Safety Protocol: Ensuring the safety of all children and guests is our paramount concern. It is imperative that all children play responsibly and adhere to the established rules.

b. Supervisory Duty: Children under the age of 13 must be under the constant supervision of a guardian of legal age. The accompanying guardian assumes full responsibility for the conduct and actions of the children in their care.

c. Footwear Policy: To maintain hygiene and safety standards within our play areas, the wearing of shoes is strictly prohibited. We strongly recommend the use of socks or appropriate footwear while utilizing the play facilities.

d. Age Specification: The soft play area is exclusively designated for children aged 24 months and below. We kindly request compliance with this age limitation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

2. Play Area Regulations

a. Jungle Gym Safety Protocol: While engaging in activities within the jungle gym, children must exercise caution and prioritize safety. Activities such as climbing on the exterior of the structure, jumping from elevated platforms, and engaging in rough play are strictly prohibited.

b. "Kid City" Protocol: Within the confines of "Kid City," children are expected to engage in play with mindfulness and respect for others. Activities such as running or pushing are strictly prohibited in this area. Additionally, in the event of any damage caused to property within the "Kid City" area, the party host is obligated to cover the associated damage fees.

c. No Food or Beverage Policy: Consumption of food and beverages is confined solely to the designated café area. It is strictly prohibited to bring any form of food or beverages into the play areas, including water.

d. Courtesy and Respect: We implore all patrons to demonstrate consideration towards fellow children, families, and staff. Acts such as pushing, shoving, or engaging in altercations are strictly prohibited. We encourage a culture of positive and inclusive play.

e. Playground Rules Enforcement Protocol: Failure to adhere to the playground rules will result in a three-strike system:

  • Strike One: The child will receive a verbal warning, and the party host will be informed of the incident.

  • Strike Two: If the child is found in violation of the rules again, they will be required to sit out of play for a duration of 5 minutes. The party host will be promptly notified of the second strike.

  • Strike Three: In the event of a third violation, both the child and their accompanying parent/guardian will be asked to leave the premises. Despite their departure, they will still be subject to the charges and will be counted as a participant in the party.

b. Hygiene Protocol: Patrons are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness within the café area and responsibly dispose of any waste in the provided receptacles.

4. Entry and Exit Procedures

a. Guardian Obligation: Children are not permitted to enter or exit the premises unaccompanied by a guardian of legal age. It is the sole responsibility of the guardian to ensure the safe ingress and egress of children under their care.

b. Check-in and Waiver Compliance: It is mandatory that every child is checked in upon arrival and accounted for to ensure that we possess a signed liability waiver for each child attending the event.

5. Liability

a. Assumption of Responsibility: By accepting the terms and conditions, I, as the party host, acknowledge and willingly assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all children and adults attending the party. This includes acknowledging that even in the event of an adult getting injured, I take full responsibility, absolving Wild Child Indoor Play Space of any liability in this regard.

b. Liability Waiver Requirement: As the party host, it is incumbent upon me to ensure that every attending child has a completed liability waiver. This waiver must be filled out and signed by the respective guardian of each child.

C. Waiver Compliance Enforcement: If any attendee fails to provide a completed waiver or gives our staff any issue regarding the waiver, they will not be permitted to enter or engage in play within the playground area under any circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

a. Professional Conduct and Attire: We expect all guests to exhibit professional conduct and attire conducive to a family-friendly environment. This includes adherence to an appropriate dress code that is respectful and suitable for a public setting. Any attire deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the atmosphere of the establishment will not be permitted.

a. Exclusive Play Area Access: For patrons seeking a private play space during a birthday event, we offer the Diamond Package. The Diamond Party Room located upstairs provides a combined, expansive area exclusively dedicated to your celebration.

b. Non-Exclusive Party Arrangements: It's essential to note that Wild Child Indoor Play Space is a children's party venue, distinct from a traditional catering hall. Our primary focus is on creating memorable experiences for children, and as such, our services are tailored specifically to cater to their needs. We exclusively host parties intended for children, ensuring that our facilities and offerings are aligned with their enjoyment.

c. Food Service Protocol: We would like to clarify that Wild Child Indoor Play Space maintains a strict policy prohibiting outside food. To ensure compliance and streamline the dining experience, we request that all food orders for adults be placed through our establishment exclusively. We facilitate this process by managing the ordering through our trusted vendor. This policy allows us to uphold the standards of our venue while also providing a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

d. Outside Vendor Policy: Wild Child Indoor Play Space permits the engagement of outside vendors for additional services, subject to certain conditions. Patrons bringing in external vendors are required to pay a fee of $150 per vendor. Additionally, for any balloon artist providing a balloon garland, there is a fee of $50. It is important to note that if a balloon garland is brought in, it must be fully assembled upon arrival. Failure to comply will result in the assessment of the full outside vendor fee. These measures ensure the smooth operation of events while maintaining the integrity of our establishment's offerings.

e. Party Setup: Our dedicated staff oversees the setup process from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and memorable event. Patrons are permitted up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to bring personal belongings or additional decorations. Should patrons require extra time for setup activities, such as bringing in items that necessitate setup assistance, an additional charge will be applied. A half-hour extension incurs a fee of $350, while a full hour extension is subject to a fee of $700. These charges ensure the efficient management of event logistics while upholding the quality of service provided by our team.
